Really good Dining Experience

Our dining experience was absolutely lovely! We booked the chef's tasting menu, and each dish was a culinary masterpiece, from the crab starter to the indulgent pannacotta for dessert. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which beautifully blends the charm of an old castle with modern amenities. The staff were warm and welcoming, making our experience even better. The dining was exceptional, especially at the Douglas Hyde restaurant, but I found the smoking room somewhat less enjoyable. Overall, it's a delightful place to stay, despite a few minor setbacks.
